Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
As you enter Charleston International Airport terminal, you'll notice a gift shop on your left. There are two more gift shops in the building, one located on Concourse A and the other on Concourse B. In the future, Concourse B will offer duty-free shopping, once international flights are served.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
The airport boasts an excellent food court situated in the atrium, directly opposite the main entrance. Additionally, each concourse features its own bar/restaurant for those awaiting departure. Food is typically Southern-style cuisine with a South Carolina accent.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
Charleston International Airport has an ATM machine located on your left as you enter through the central doorway. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is provided throughout the terminal building, with the Business Center located nearby the ATM machines offering limited courier services for those needing to communicate in more traditional ways.
Business and Conference Facilities
Charleston International Airport has a great Business Center, situated just to the left of the main entrance. The Business Center features facsimile machines, copiers, computers and printers. There are also limited postal facilities available. Conference needs are satisfied by the two VIP lounges, one of which is located on Concourse A and the other on Concourse B, while nearby quality hotels can offer more extensive meeting rooms with catering services in addition to the latest multimedia equipment hire.
Disabled Facilities
As one of the most modern airports in the US, Charleston International Airport (CHS) fully complies with all ADA standards. Being a single-level terminal, access and getting around is extremely comfortable for disabled guests and the parking garage has ramps and elevators modified to suit the handicapped. Throughout the terminal, there are modified telephones and special toilets, and wheelchairs and assistance can also be arranged through the airport Information Desk.
